› a few frozen bananas
› handful of mixed fruit / berries
› handful of kale or spinach
› 1 tbsp nut butter
› sometimes a smash of nut milk
𝒕𝒐𝒑𝒑𝒆𝒅 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒔𝒖𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒇𝒐𝒐𝒅𝒔
› chia seeds
› hemp seeds
› sliced fruit
› nut butter
𝗺𝘆 𝗴𝗼 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗱 𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴
› high quality olive oil, I love Brightland
› high quality vinegar
› half a lemon
› some salt & pepper
𝗯𝘂𝗱𝗱𝗵𝗮 𝗯𝗼𝘄𝗹
peanut sauce
› ½ cup of peanut butter
› 2 tablespoons of soy sauce or braggs (I like using both)
› 1 clove of garlic microplaned or finely chopped
› 1/2 inch of fresh ginger microplaned
› ½ cup of milk (I used oat)
› 1 teaspoon of maple syrup
› 1 tablespoon of lime juice
(put everything in a cup with a lid and shake!)

› mixed greens
› quinoa
› roasted sweet potatoes 425 for 30 ish minutes rotating every 10 minutes
› roasted chickpeas 𝙨𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙤𝙣 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙨𝙖𝙡𝙩, 𝙥𝙚𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙧, 𝙘𝙪𝙢𝙞𝙣, 𝙨𝙢𝙤𝙠𝙚𝙙 𝙥𝙖𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙠𝙖, 𝙗𝙖𝙨𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙖𝙣𝙮 𝙨𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩 roast at 425 for 30 ish minutes
› chopped radicchio for topping
› shredded carrots for topping
› avocado, thinly sliced for topping
