For Paprika sauce:
Butter – 2 tbsp
All purpose flour / Maida – 2 tbsp
Milk – 3 cups
Salt – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Paprika powder – 1 tsp
Nutmeg powder / Jaiphal powder – 1/4 tsp
Sauted Vegetables
Paneer cubes – 1/3 cup
For Palak / Spinach paste:
Spinach / Palak – 2 bunch
Mint leaves / Pudina
Coriander
Green chilli – 2
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Ice cubes
For Palak / Spinach Rice:
Butter – 2 tbsp

Lemon juice – 1 tsp
