Hi guys!

Please bear with me while I try to figure out what is going on with my voiceover program and why it just doesn’t want to work with me. I’ll probably need to redo these videos, but in the meantime, please enjoy! 🙂

Bun Hue broth:
1. Vegetable broth ( carrots, daikon, jicama, water)
2. Vegan seasoning
3. Sea salt
4. 6 stems Lemongrass
5. Bún bò Huế seasoning cubes or (cayenne pepper, paprika)
6. 3 Tbsp minced lemongrass
7. 3 Tbsp vegetable oil/ cooking oil

Filing:
1. Dried shiitake mushrooms / king oyster mushrooms
2. Vegan ham
3. Deep dried cubed tofu
4. TVP

Vegetables:
1. Shredded white, purple cabbages
2. Fresh herbs
3. Lemon
4. Satay lemongrass (minced lemongrass, sugar, dried chili or fresh chili pepper, vegan seasoning)
