3 TBSPN YOGURT
2 TBSPN VINEGAR OR LEMON
2 TBSPN TOMATO PASTE
OLIVE OIL
1 TBSPN CHILLY POWDER
1 TSP PEPPER
1 TSP CUMIN POWDER
1 TSP GINGER POWDER
1 TSP GARLIC POWDER
1 TSP ONION POWDER
1/4 TSP CINNAMON POWDER
1/2 TSP PARSLEY
SALT
ADD CHICKEN & MIX WELL
REST FOR 1 HOUR
NOW MAKE WHITE SAUCE, ADD BUTTER 1 TSP FLOUR & 1 CUP milk
ADD SALT & PEPPER
CONTINUOUSLY STIR, UNTIL IT BECOMES CREAMY
ADD CHICKEN TO A PAN FRY IT,COOK 5 MIN
ADD WHITE SAUCE ON TOP
ADD MOZZARELLA CHEESE
CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES ON TOP
COOK 5MIN
READY TO EAT
