This Sunday Syrup episode, I am showing you a Smoked Paprika Syrup Recipe!
This savory syrup is amazing in so many ways and it is really a unique ingredient to mess with when you’re experimenting with craft cocktails at home! I personally used this Smoked Paprika Syrup Recipe in a cocktail I created called “The 2003 Tiger Incident,” which I will link in the video!

The smoked paprika syrup is another syrup that has a more savory nature along with the sweet.

Smoked Paprika Syrup
recipe:
500g Sugar
500ml Water
33g Smoked Paprika
Add to a pot
Bring to a boil
Drop to a simmer for 30 minutes
Let cool, and strain through cheesecloth.
