If you are looking for Entrees you can produce from your smoker that compliment any of your smoked meats then this 5 part series is for you. I have put together a top 5 list of great Entrees that are simple and easy and will give you something to do other than drink beer while waiting for dinner to cook.

You already have the smoker on so why not give some a go to compliment that perfect Brisket or delicious Pork Ribs?

In this episode we kick it off with an old classic Smoked Deviled Eggs!

Ingredients
Hard Boiled Eggs (Cooled and Peeled)
1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Teaspoon or Tablespoon (depending on heat) of hot Sauce
Chopped fried bacon bits
Chopped Spring Onion
Paprika
Chili Jam (Optional)

P.S You can still drink beer while trying these.
