Orange bell pepper 1
Bacon 3 slices
Mozzarella 60 g
Green onion 20 g
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Cheddar 60 g
BAKE

15-20 minutes
PREPARATION
Mix the eggs, salt, paprika, chopped bell peppers, fried bacon, shredded mozzarella and cut
green onion.
Pour the mix in your favorite baking shapes, sprinkle more cheddar and place in the oven for
15-20 minutes at 175°C / 350°F.

INGREDIENTS
Biscuits 15
Melted butter 50 g
Peanut butter 40 g
Melted chocolate 100 g
Marshmallow
BAKE
175°C / 350°F
20 minutes
PREPARATION
Blend together the biscuits, melted butter and peanut butter.
Spread the mix on a baking pan and add a layer of melted chocolate and marshmallow.
Place in the oven for 20 minutes at 175°C / 350°F.
SHRIMP CORN SOUP / 310 kcal / dinner
INGREDIENTS
Parsley seeds 1 tbsp
Oregano 1 tbsp
Salt
Black pepper
Thyme powder 1 tbsp
Paprika
Water 500 ml
Bay leaves
Young small potatoes 8
Corn 2
Shrimps 400 g
Lemon 1
Parsley â…“ bunch
PREPARATION
Mix together the parsley seeds, oregano, salt, black pepper, paprika, thyme powder.
Heat the water in a stockpot, add the mix and stir.
Add the bay leaves, halved young potatoes, shrimps and corn.
Squeeze a lemon and bring to a boil.
At the end add the parsley and enjoy!
Top with the chocolate spread and enjoy your dessert!
