Hello my beautiful fam! Welcome back to my kitchen first of all I want to thank you for being part of our family, and thank you for making me part of yours!!!! today I’m going to share with you how to make a very easy, delicious and juicy Turkey, the best I have ever made!!!!! ( my Turkey is not the best looking one but let me tell you, it’s Seriously super delicious and super flavorful, Im personally not a big fan of Turkey just because I don’t like the taste of plain bird, I know I know, your probably like what???? Well yes, I’m a very picky person I like super flavorful foods I think by now if you have been recreating my recipes you know what i mean 😅 but I’m so happy I’m finally able to make a very juicy, and flavorful Turkey that I’m sure your whole family will enjoy! It’s super easy and you don’t have to abaste it every 30 minutes!!!!! 🛑 🛑 For the gravy
Use a fat separator, transfer your left over drippings, let it sit for 5-10 minutes, remove 3 tbsp of the fat(top layer, oil) place in saucepan with 1/4 cup of flour, stir until the flour resolves then add your 2 cups of Turkey stock then let it simmer until it gets thick( gravy consistency) ☺️😉😉 seriously delicious you can add salt and pepper but to me it’s already super flavorful it don’t need anything!!!!!

What can go wrong???
-not seasoning your Turkey with salt overnight will make your Turkey to lack flavor, the salt penetrates through the layers of the meat it helps it hold the flavors and helps it be juicy!!!! Make sure you let it rest for at least 24 hrs!!!
-not drying your Turkey will cause the butter to not stick

‼️‼️Tip!!!Make sure your turkey is at room temperature and pat dried before seasoning, and before roasting!!!
Make sure you let your Turkey rest for 20-30 minutes to help the Turkey retain its juices and wound end up on your cutting board.

Ingredients:
Turkey (mine was 15lbs cooked for 2 hrs and 5 mins at 350*f, he wasn’t the biggest or the cutest but he needed to go to a loving home)
1 onion
1 garlic head
2 lemons
2 stick of unsalted butter
Fresh thyme
Fresh rosemary
5 Bay leaves
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp paprika
2 tsp cayenne
2 tsp crush pepper
Salt (1/2 tsp per pound, I used 7 1/2 tsps)
1 Turkey size oven bag
1 serving of love 💕
