Hey guys! Welcome back to yet another video where we show you The Most Detailed Mac n Cheese Recipe, from A-Z. with the the flavour of Flamin’ Hot Cheetos!

Ingredients:
1 lb. dried elbow pasta
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups whole milk
2 1/2 cups half and half cream
4 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 cups grated mozzarella and Emmental cheese
1/2 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 bag of Export Flaming Hot Cheetos (crushed)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a baking dish (9×13″).
In a large bowl grate cheeses and toss together to mix.
In a large pot boil water and salt. Once boiling, add dried pasta and cook for 1 minute less than the package direction. Drain and add some olive oil then toss around to coat the pasta in oil.
Mix together the milk and cream in a measuring cup/jar.
In a large saucepan over medium heat melt butter. Then add in flour and whisk to combine. Whisk for approximately 1 minute.
Slowly pour in about 2 cups of the milk/half and half, while whisking constantly, until smooth. Slowly pour in the remaining milk/half and half, while whisking constantly, until combined and smooth. Continue to whisk over medium heat, until thickened to a very thick consistency.
Remove from the heat and stir in spices.
Add in 1 1/2 cups of the cheeses, stirring to melt and combine. Stir in another 1 1/2 cups of cheese, and stir until completely melted and smooth.
In a large mixing bowl, combine drained pasta with cheese sauce, stirring to combine fully.
Pour half of the pasta mixture into the prepared baking dish. Top with half of remaining grated cheeses, followed by the remaining pasta mixture. Sprinkle the top with the last of the cheese
Bake for 15 minutes, until cheese is bubbling and top looks lightly golden brown.
Once out of the oven sprinkle over crushed Cheetos crumbs and enjoy!
