Today, I’ll be showing you how to make potato wedges in the oven with a lemon garlic aioli sauce on the side. These potato wedges are nice and crisp on the outside with a soft and fluffy interior. They are perfect for dipping into the creamy and tangy lemon garlic aioli.

This recipe only uses a little oil and the wedges are baked instead of deep fried making them much healthier. The garlic aioli also comes together really quickly and can be used in so many other dishes as well. These wedges are really easy and simple to make and works great as a snack or side dish. They will be so popular with your friends and family and be gone within minutes!

INGREDIENTS:
Potato Wedges
2 medium large potatoes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons parmesan cheese, powdered
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Black pepper to taste

Lemon Garlic Aioli
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove of garlic
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
