Today, I’ll be showing you how to make potato wedges in the oven with a lemon garlic aioli sauce on the side. These potato wedges are nice and crisp on the outside with a soft and fluffy interior. They are perfect for dipping into the creamy and tangy lemon garlic aioli.
This recipe only uses a little oil and the wedges are baked instead of deep fried making them much healthier. 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Black pepper to taste
