• 3-4 tbs water
• 1 tbs olive oil
• ½ tsp of salt
Chicken
• 3-4 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast or thighs
• Salt and pepper
• 1 c. flour
• 1 c. plain bread crumbs
• 1 tbs paprika
Sauce
• 1-pint heavy cream
• 1 c. shredded Parmesan
• 1 lb. fresh spinach
• 6-8 garlic cloves sliced
• 1 medium red bell pepper – julienned cut
• ½ c. chardonnay or broth
• Salt and pepper to taste
