PEPPER STEAK RECIPE;
1 -2 1 pound pieces NY strip steak, or Rib eye , or flank steak or hanger steak
1 medium, red, green and yellow sweet peppers
1 small- medium onion
1- 2 tablespoons green seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 Teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons corn starch
4 tablespoons water
2 stalks scallion
1 fresh chili pepper or hot pepper of your choice
