1lb.Boneless Telapia or fillet
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. soy asuce
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
3 glove garlic
1/2 white onions
1/2 whole fresh orange
sprinkle of black pepper
sprinkle of salt
prinkle of paprika
2 tbsp. corn startch mix with water
cuts green onions for toppings (optional)

Preparations:
bake telapia for
375° degree for 30 minutes.
stiry fry all the ingredients spices
garlic, onions and slice oranges with oyster sauce and soy sauce. sauteed for glazed the oven telapia
