4 Red Bell Pepper (Tatashe)

2 Paprika Peppers

Chili Peppers (Shombo)

2 Medium Onions

2-3 Scotch Bonnet (Atarodo)

1 Cup Chopped Ugu/Shoko/Spinach leaves

Crayfish powder

Smoked Fish

Stockfish

Seasoning cubes of your choice

Salt to Taste
