Ingredients
• ½ rotisserie chicken shredded
• ½ c. sour cream
• 1 container of chicken broth
• 3 corn tortillas minced
• 1 package of frozen corn
• 1 small onion minced
• 1 c shredded cheese; additional for topping
• 1 can of black beans
• 1 c of salsa of choice or 1 can of rotel
• 1 tbs minced garlic
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp of creole seasoning
• Ground pepper
