Dough recipe credit: Emma’s Goodies
Makes 1- 13.25 x 9.25 inch pizza sheet
Ingredients:
• 1 ½ c. self-rising flour
o Tip: Substitute – use all-purpose flour and remove 1 ½ tsp; add 1 ½ tsp of baking powder and ½ tsp of salt
• 1 c. plain Greek yogurt X
My famous pizza sauce:
• 1 – 28oz can crushed or tomato sauce
• 1 tsp dry oregano
• 1 tsp onion power
• ½ tsp sugar
• 1-2 tbs paprika
• 1 tsp basil
• ½ tsp red pepper flakes
• ½ tsp roasted garlic
• 1 tsp olive oil
• Salt and pepper taste
Directions
Bake at 475 degrees
