Try this amazing Coconut rice recipe and you will love it.
Really easy to make.
Ingredients:
Coconuts
° Bell Pepper (green,red,yellow)
° 1 Medium Onion
° 3 carrots
° 3 Cloves of Garlic
° peas
° cray Fish
° Ground Herring
° 2 Chicken Breast
° 1/2 cup coconut oil
° 2 cups of Basmati Rice – per boiled
Shrimps
3 cayenne pepper
Spices:
2tsp of Onion powder
2tsp of ginger powder
3tsp of black pepper
3tsp of paprika
1tsp of salt to taste
1tsp all purpose seasoning
1 vegetable cube
3 Bay leafs
