Chicken well seasoned then drenched in coconut milk & curry mixture, then tossed in flour, and fried until it’s crispy and golden brown!
I am a firm believer that you can not have too many fried chicken recipes. This is just so flavoursome, taste soooo good!!

1tbsp HOMEMADE GREEN SEASONING (OPTIONAL)
1/2 CAN OF COCONUT MILK
1tbsp EVERYDAY SEASONING
1tbsp CHICKEN SEASONING
1tsp DRIED THYME
1tsp CHILLI FLAKES
1tsp GARLIC POWDER
1tsp CHILLI POWDER
1tsp SALT
1 CHICKEN OXO CUBE
FLOUR
70g PLAIN FLOUR
70g CORN FLOUR
1tsp SALT
1/2tsp BLACK PEPPER
1tsp CAYENNE PEPPER
1tsp ALL PURPOSE SEASONING
