Ingredients:
750g – Chicken
2 tsp – ginger garlic paste
1 tsp -red chilli pwd
1 tsp – black pepper pwd
1 tsp – Onion pwd
1 tsp – paprika pwd
½ tsp – Oregano
1 tsp – Salt
2 tbsp – BBQ sauce
1 tsp – cumin pwd
* let the marinade stay for an hour
Filling:
1 – red capsicum
1 – yellow capsicum
4 tbsp – spring onion
1 – onion
Sour cream as required
Mayo as required
Ketchup as required
Stir fry:
2 tbsp – Oil
* Cook for 2 minutes
Chicken:
1 hour later
3 tbsp – Oil
* Cook on a medium heat
* Cook for 10 minutes
* Cook for 2 minutes on a high heat
