ITALIAN LASAGNA
One of the most loved recipe in the world. Making lasagna involves three steps.
1.The meat sauce
2.white Sauce
3. Layering and baking.
Ingredients
Meat Sauce
1/2 onion
1/2 carrot
Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Bay leaves 2-3
Beef mince 500g
Chilli powder/Paprika 1 tsp
Crushed tomato (mixed herbs) 600g
Water/beef stock/red wine 200ml
Tomato paste 3 tbsp
Italian parsley
3 cheese white Sauce
Butter 3 tbsp
Plain flour 3 tbsp
Milk 2 cups
cheddar 1/2 cup
Mozerella 1/2 cup
Ricotta 1/2 cup
Pinch of Nutmeg
salt and pepper to taste
Lasagna sheets approx 250 g pack
Tips
follow the lasagne packet instructions before layering. Here I have used no pre-cooking required lasagne sheets.
