Today we have romantic dinner for date night. Want to get fancy with a special dinner for you and your partner? Here we have a special recipe: tender and juicy turkey cutlets with a fig salad. Ready in under 20 minutes.
Don’t forget, the most romantic kind of dinner is one you cook at home. Even better if it’s something you can share off the same big plate together.
TURKEY CUTLET WITH FIG SALAD
INGREDIENTS
Turkey 500 g
Salt
Paprika
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Salt
Black pepper
Red pepper
Quinoa 200 g
Bread crumbs 40 g
Egg 1
BAKE
160°C / 320°F
20 minutes
Figs 5
Cherry tomatoes 7
Mozzarella 100 g
Dried basil 1tsp
Balsamic vinegar
PREPARATION
Marinade the turkey with salt, paprika and olive oil, leave for 30 minutes.
Ground the turkey, season with the salt, red and black peppers.
Add the pre-cooked quinoa, bread crumbs and an egg, mix.
Make the patties and place in the oven for 20 minutes at 160°C / 320°F.
For the salad halve the cherry tomatoes and figs, add the mozzarella.
Sprinkle the dred basil and pour the balsamic vinegar.
Serve the cutlets with the salad and enjoy!
