By using baking soda, we can make chicken Longganisa tender and juicy!!!
Ingredients:
1/3 lb ground chicken
3/4 tsp baking soda
9 tbsp dark brown sugar
1 1/4 tbsp coarse salt
1 tbsp paprika
3 tbsp oil
2 head garlic, minced
Tip: don’t add anything sour like vinegar, lemon or kalamansi when using baking soda in your recipe. They say, it can cause some bitter taste.
