In this episode we show you how to make a quick and easy tempeh Bolognese. Tempeh is a fermented soy product that has lots of favor and a great nutritional value. Tempeh is rich in iron and packed with plant-based protein. The fermentation process gives it a delicious nutty flavor, which is way more flavorful than tofu. That´s why tempeh is a great base for a vegan Bolognese. Along with more traditional ingredients like carrots, onion, garlic, tomato sauce and a few spices and herbs this Bolognese could be your new favorite pasta sauce. We managed to make this recipe in 14:22 minutes. So, there´s only one question left to answer.

Ingredients (for 2 servings):
250g or 9oz of uncooked spaghetti
200g or 7oz tempeh
1 carrot
2 onions
2 cloves of garlic
2tbs tomato paste
400g or 1 3/4cups of tomato purée
1tsp oregano
1/2tsp paprika
pinch of red pepper flakes
some cracks of black pepper
salt to taste
3tbs olive oil
nutritional yeast (to sprinkle on top)
