*PEANUT THAI NOODLES:
1/2 onion
1 clove garlic
piece of ginger
*add veggies like carrots, zucchini
3 tbsp soy sauce
curry powder, chilli flakes, sweet paprika powder, (more garlic powder)
1 tbsp sweetener (agave / honey)
1 tsp tomato paste
some glass / rice noodles
2-3 cups water
*add pok choy by the end
1 tbsp coconut milk
lemon juice
2 tbsp peatut butter
BBQ WRAP:
1/2 block smoked tofu
some water
dried or fresh onion
3 tbsp BBQ sauce
1 tbsp tomato paste
(salt, pepper, garlic powder)
italian seasoning (basil, oregano)
lemon juice
*salad, seeds, fresh basil
**tastes amazing with TAHINI!!
*CURRY Peanut Butter WRAP:
¾ cup red lentils
1 small carrot
dried or fresh onion
~1 cup water
1 tsp curry powder (also: garam masala, sweet paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, salt)
2 tbsp coconut milk
lemon juice
1 tbsp sweetener (agave / honey)
corn, celery , peanut butter
