Hey subbies, as promised in my last video, I bring to you guys how to make fresh sweet potato fries. This is a super simple recipe but has delicious results ! To think we’ve been dropping money for a cup of fries when we could make it at home for less than a fraction of the cost. Dine in, make your fries and if you haven’t already, check out my previous video to make your own honey garlic wings.

I also included my recipe for making spicy mayo. I loveeee spicy mayo, not much of a fun of that garlic aioli stuff. Best part is you literally only need 4 ingredients to make it !

Sweet Potato Fries Ingredients:
1 large sweet potato
corn starch
water
olive oil
salt
paprika(optional)

Spicy Mayo Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
half of a lime
siracha sauce
cajun seasoning
