Trust me, its delicious.
FULL RECIPE:
Seasonings:
Sea salt
Smoked paprika
Onion Powder
Garlic powder
1.5 Maggi seasoning cubes
Ground ginger
organic cayenne pepper
Unsalted peanuts
Slap ya mama cajun seasoning hot
1/2 Cup of vegetable oil
-marinate for at least 2 hours, I recommend overnight
-soak your grilling stick for at least 30 mins or it will burn
Cook for up to 15 mins, watch the grill!!
served best with white onions and lime, gari, or fried plantains a chilled drink ENJOY!!
