Fire up the BBQ or grill pan and cook up a batch of these easy, homemade sticky apricot chicken wings. Make up the apricot glaze using fresh apricots simmered with BBQ sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, cloves and smoked paprika then grill to create crispy sticky chicken wings full of the flavours of summer.
