Spicy Potato Wedges, the best side dish that goes wonderfully well with any main course, or just on their own.  Serve them with your choice of sauce, and you are in for a treat. Roasted in the oven with just a little bit of oil makes them nice and crispy on the outside, but fantastically tender on the inside.And that lovely spicy coating with paprika and a bit of pepper kick, a super winner!
