Season spare ribs in a mix of Cain sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and ground pepper. Preheat Z Grill to 225°F. Smoke ribs for 3 hours. Wrap in foil with apple juice, cook 2 more hours. Unwrap, glaze with BBQ sauce, cook 1 hour. Rest, then serve.
