1 large onion
400g mushrooms sliced
2 garlic cloves crushed
1 1/2 tsp paprika
283g jar flamed roasted peppers drained and chopped
1 level tbsp tomato puree
2 tbsp beef concentrate
400g dried tagliatelle
1/2 green cabbage
275ml boiling water
