Ingredients:
500g pork schnitzel
400g cherry tomatoes
300g sivri paprika
300g roast paprika
3 spring onions
200g sour cream
75g tomato paste
salt, pepper & vegetable broth
Cut the schnitzel in small pieces and fry them in a large pot. Scatter salt & pepper to it. Cut the sivri paprika in small pieces and put them in the pot. Stir a few minutes and add roast paprika pieces. Stir again a few minutes and add small spring onion pieces. Stir a few minutes, cut the cheery tomatoes in half and put them in the pot. Give the sour cream and the tomato paste to it.
Add again a bit salt & pepper and a spoon vegetable broth. Cover the pot and let it simmer for about 15 minutes. Now grab a portion and enjoy. Look at my other work.
