INGREDIENTS & RECIPES BELOW!
Easy recipes you can rip in UNDER 20 minutes, filling, tasty and easy to make.
Egg Fried Rice- 700kcal- 71g Protein
Rice- 75g
Chicken Fillets- 200g
2 Eggs
Vegetables of choice
Milk (optional)
Hot Sauce (optional)

Put rice in pan on lowest heat setting
Slice vegetables and chicken into desirable size
Spray pan & add chicken on a medium heat
Pour tbsp (or 2) of hot sauce onto chicken and mix, add desired seasoning (i use paprika)
Beat eggs and add splash of milk for extra volume
Pour eggs into seperate pan to cook
Once chicken in cooked, turn to lowest heat and add vegetables
Once egg is cooked, break into smaller chunks and add to main pan
Add drained rice to pan and mix until ready.
Dish up and scran upon the ting

Rice Cake Burger Subs- 200kcal- 24g Protein
Rice cakes
Turkey/Beef Mince (~85g per rice cake)
Hash brown
Cheese of choice- (10g per rice cake)
Avacado (optional)

Put hash browns in oven at 200degrees
Mold mince into patties
Add seasoning of choice to taste (I use salt, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic granules)
Add patties to sprayed pan on lowest heat (only up to 3 sprays, fat acts as its own non stick)
Flip when ready
Spread up to 1/2tsp of avacado onto individual rice cakes
Grate cheese
Place hash brown on rice cake, put cooked mince ontop and top it off with cheese.
Place back in oven until cheese has melted

Anabolic Thin Crust Pizza-
Wrap (mine was 180kcal from Farmfoods, try to find your lowest calorie option)
2 Fresh Tomatoes (I picked up salad tomatoes from Aldi)
Cheese- 50g
Bacon Medallions (or any other lean protein source)
Vegetable toppings (optional)

Boil pot of water & add tomatoes for just under a minute
Fish them out, put them in cold water for a few secs (to cool down)
Peel the skin off, cut the stem off and put them into a blender
Add flour (start with a tbsp, add more if you want it thicker)
Add seasoning (i use salt, smoked paprika, 3 spanks of cumin, and garlic granules)
Spray wrap and put in oven until desired crispiness has been reached
Grate cheese and cut veg whilst waiting
Pull outta oven, and spread your purée ontop
Pop back in oven so you dont have a soggy pizza
Cook medallions in desired method (may have to do sooner if you want it crispier)
Take base out of oven, add toppings, sprinkle on cheese and put back in oven until cheese has melted.
