Ingredients:
1 large onion
2 tomatoes
1 cup paprika (green, yellow, red, orange)
2 Green chilies
4 eggs
1/4 cup broccoli (optional)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp methi
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp paprika powder (optional, for the colour)
1 tbsp tomatoe paste
