Seafood baked in the oven w/Cha's seafood sauce

Ingredients for sauce:
1 yellow onion (sliced)
garlic
4 sticks of butter
worstershire sauce
4 oz of Coke
1 cup of chicken stock
lemon juice
smoked paprika
chili powder
onion powder
garlic powder
old bay
slap ya mama seasoning
oregano
fresh ginger in the tube
brown sugar
black pepper
accent
(if you want it spicy add 1 tablespoon of red pepper flakes and cayenne pepper to the mix)

Ingredients to sprinkle on top of food:
parkay squeezable butter
slap ya mama seasoning
onion powder
garlic powder
old bay
accent
½ pack of ranch seasoning (I forgot to add it…but you will see that I added it later)
