0.5 dl oil
300 g pork (streaky)
100 g dry smoked pork ribs
5 shallots
2 cloves of garlic
600 g sauerkraut
pair of leaves Green Cabbage and York Cabbage
30g pancetta
salt
teaspoon smoked paprika red
a pinch of cumin
pinch of pepper (or green pepper)
pinch pimentos
a little chilli pepper
bay leaf
1 dl water

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour at 180° C
