Roast Chicken│How to make Roast Chicken Recipe at home│Chicken Recipe│Chicken

INGREDIENTS,

A whole chicken,

salt to taste – 1 tbsp
turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
lemon juice(1/2 of lemon)

medium size onion – 01
large size tomato – 01
garlic cloves – 4-6
green chilli – 02
red chilli -02
paprika powder-1 tsp
red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
BBQ sauce – 1 tbsp
tomato paste – 1 tbsp
vinegar – 1 tbsp
black pepper-1/2 tsp
cumin powder-1 tsp
oil -2 tbsp

Bake at 200°c for 01 & 1/2 hour in preheated oven
