In this video I’ll show you how to reverse sear a tri-tip, and make an easy red pepper sauce to go with it. Enjoy!

Red pepper sauce ingredients:

4 Red bell peppers
3-4 fresno chiles (spicy)
3-4 garlic cloves
Kosher salt & pepper
1 1/2 Tsp smoked paprika
3 Tbls olive oil
2-3 Tsp red wine vinegar ( Apple cider vin or Sherry vin is ok)
Splash of water or veg stock to thin blended sauce out if needed
