The second installment of our video series showing recipes so easy even you can’t fuck them up. Today we will make Chicken Paprikash, Rice and Warm Cranberry Compote from scratch. You will need a quartered chicken or leg/thigh quarters, sweet Hungarian Paprika, garlic powder and salt for the chicken, a bag of cranberries, sugar, water, raisins and Grand Marnier for the cranberries and Uncle Ben’s Converted Rice. You will also need a baking sheet, Aluminum foil, a 2-qt pot with a lid and a wooden spoon, tongs and potholders.
