1 kg Mixed Vegetables
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Paprike Powder
1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp Salt
1 chopped tomatoes
3/4 green chillies
green coriander
1/2 tsp crushed Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp fenugreek powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
8/10 curry leaves
1/2 tsp fenugreek seed
1/2 tsp mustard seed
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
