Ingredients :
10 chicken tenders or more
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp oregano
1tsp Club House Smoldering Smokey Applewood Seasoning (but use any seasoning you have or want!)
Sprinkle of both Salt and pepper
Optional Ideas :
Dilly Dip
My marinera or store bought
Honey
Flavoured Mustard
Low fat Salad dressing
Tzatziki
Directions :
Heat your grill or skillet or bbq on a medium to high temperature
I add olive oil spray to keep from sticking on my grill (I love my Rock Grill from Costco)
Add all spices to your chicken tenders (you can marinate right away and cook the or marinate the day before too)
I rub it on with my hands in a bowl
Add your chicken tenders to the grill and cook for 2 minutes or so on each side!!
These are great as an appetizer and make or buy different dips! You can even add them on a skewer too! It looks fancier!! 😜
Add to a salad or a stirfry!
You can eat it them with your favourite veggies, potatoes, rice, zucchini noodles, etc… I have tons of easy side dish recipes too!!
Eat right away or store them in your fridge or freezer in a sealed container!!
