This potato wedges recipe couldn’t be easier, and is ready in about 40 minutes. Take 2 – 3 potatoes per person, slice into wedges. Mix 5 tablespoons of oil with your choice of spices, e.g. paprika, garlic powder, cumin, oregano. Add salt, pepper and red wine vinegar. Bake in a hot oven for 30-40 minutes turning occasionally.
