How To Cook Season to The Bone Oxtail Recipe With Rice & Peas

This oxtail recipe is so juicy and flavorful
the Secret to a tasty oxtail is blending the right season and the right amount.

Ingredients For This Recipe;
2 kilo oxtail season with
2 tbsp complete season or season all
1 tbsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Onion powder
2 tsp each paprika
Black pepper

For the blended season
Half or 2 tsp scotch bonnet pepper without the seeds
1 tbsp fresh thyme
2 tbsp Chopped ginger
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 or 2 tbsp soy sauce or 2 tsp browning
2 tsp turmeric
1 season bouillon
Blend with 1/4 cup water

The Last layers of seasoning
1 tsp ginger
1 tbsp fresh thyme
1/2 cup sprigs onion
1/4 cp each red and green bell pepper

Rice & Peas
16 oz of dry red kidney beans
Wash and soak in 5 cup water
For 4 hours or more, add an extra 3 cup of water with 2 chicken or season bouillon, leave it come to a boil on high heat then turn stove on low. Let beans cook until soft

Add 2 1/2 cup coconut milk
An extra bouillon cube
Garlic
Thyme
Sprigs onion
All spice
Scotch bonnet pepper
2 to 3 tbsp coconut oil
Once the pot as come to a boil, add 4 cups washed rice, stir well and cook on low heat for about 25 to 30 minutes or until d rice is cooked
