Breading Batter Ingredients

1/2 cup Cornstarch
1TBSP Himalayan Salt or Kosher
1 TBPS Creole Seasoning
1 TBSP Black Pepper
1 TBSP Smoked Paprika
1 TBSP Cayenne Pepper

Brioche Buns (Buttered and Toasted)
Topped with
1/4 Mayo
Sliced Pickles
Special Sauce
