you need:

the (somewhat sticky) dough
1) 225 gr flower
2) 25 gr semolina
3) 1 egg
4) 7 gr dry yeast
5) 5 gr salt
6) 5 gr sugar
7) 100 ml milk

for the stuffing:
1) 1 bell pepper
2) 2 tomato’s
3) 1 hot chili pepper
4) some hot chili sauce / bbq sauce
5) 15 gr of fresh herbs (coriander)
6) 2 cloves of garlic
7) pinch of “Italian spices mix” or just some dry oregano
8) pinch of salt and smoked paprika powder
9) 400 gr of chicken meat
