this video shows how to make simple yet delicious Home made pita bread
INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour
Aatta / wheat flour
salt
sugar
warm water
instant yeast/ dry yeast
virgin olive oil
paprika
Presley levaes /coriander leaves
Method
1. Add 1tsp dry yeast and 2tsp sugar to warm water keep aside
2. in a bowl add 1cup of all purpose flour , 1/2 cup of wheat flour ,add required salt,1tbsp olive oil and mix well to form a dough..
3.Rest the dough in a warm place for around 2-3 hours
4.when the flour is doubled cut them into portions,make balls and roll them into a disc shape.
5. bake it in a medium flame
6.bush melted butter to hot pita
7.sprinkle some paprika powder and parsley / coriander leaves
serve hot.
