Esta receta de Cómo Hacer Pimientos asados, a mi me encanta. Yo, personalmente, los hago de la forma que se hacen en El Bierzo, Provincia de León. Es una muy buena forma de conservarlos y así aprovechar cuando se está en temporada de plena producción.
