Ingredients:
Chicken – 500 gms
Serrano peppers – 5
Garlic cloves – 15
Bay leaves – 2
Smoked paprika – 2 tsp
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Salt – 2 tsp (You can add more or less as per your taste)
Olive oil – 1/2 cup
Charcoal – few pieces
Onion – 1

Making Smoked Paprika from Homegrown Peppers!
