INGRIDIENTS FOR KABAB:
600g minced beef
paprika powder 1tsp
curry powder 1tsp
final seed powder 1tsp
1tsp curry powder
red chilli flakes 1½tsp
turmeric powder 1/2tsp
salt to taste
ginger
half cup oil
bread crumbs

INGRIDIENTS FOR SAUCE:
6tbs yogurt
2tbs mayonnaise
¼tsp dried basil

کباب کے لئے اجزاء:
600 گرام قیمہ بنایا ہوا گائے کا گوشت
پیپریکا پاؤڈر 1tsp
کری پاؤڈر 1tsp
سونف بیج پاؤڈر 1tsp
1tsp کری پاؤڈر
سرخ مرچ 1½sp
ہلدی پاؤڈر 1 / 2tsp
نمک حسبِ ذائقہ
ادرک
آدھا کپ تیل
بریڈ کا چورا
