Pea and Spinach Soup recipe

Pea and Spinach Soup, such an easy recipe that can be made in less then 30 min.
Keep in green, keep it healthy and always make it at home.
Refrigerate for no more then 2 days so the colour strays bright green and the nutritional value remains high.

Ingredients for about 6 portions:

600gr garden peas (frozen or fresh)
1 White onion
2 Cloved Garlic
15gr Butter
1l stock (chicken or vegetable)
125gr spinach
1/4tbsp Salt
1/4tsp Black pepper

Optional: 1 Poached Egg and 1 slice of Goat’s Cheese per portion
